witch esp ltd guitar....?

okay so I have these guitars i really like but I don't witch one to get they are both made by esp ltd one is the ec 500 in black cherry i really like and the other is the ec 1000 in black cherry. the only difference i can see is the tuners. And that the ec 1000 has a pearl out line witch i dont like but i like the quilted top, but one would you recomend? btw i no im very picky lol
